Our Story

Meraklis Catering was first established in 1983 by a remarkable gentleman we proudly know as Mr Bill Meraklis. Although Meraklis was not his real surname, it became the name that everyone knew and remembered him by. When people spoke about Bill, they spoke about “Meraklis” — a name that became closely connected with his passion, dedication and love for what he created.

So, what does Meraklis really stand for?

To us, Meraklis represents someone who is devoted to what they do. Someone who puts genuine passion, care and pride into their work and takes the time to create something special. It is about loving what you do, paying attention to the little details and always wanting to give people an experience they will remember.

In 2017, following the passing of the late Mr Bill, we took over Meraklis Catering with a strong commitment to continue the legacy he had created. While the world of catering has evolved, our values have remained the same — quality, passion, authenticity and exceptional service.

Today, we focus on creating fresh, authentic and beautifully presented food, bringing together traditional flavours with a modern approach. Every menu is thoughtfully prepared to suit the occasion, whether it is an intimate celebration, a family gathering, corporate event, milestone birthday, engagement, wedding or large-scale celebration.
